Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and the staff was very friendly. However, the shower fitting was not installed yet, so showering was a bit inconvenient. The location was ideal, with plenty of cafes and bars nearby, but the closure of our preferred metro line was a drawback.
I was delighted with the spacious and comfortable room, even though it was undergoing some renovations, but the stifling temperature made it hard to rest well. The staff were incredibly helpful and understanding, going above and beyond to assist us with a matter that wasn't their fault. The location was charming and not too touristy, with a variety of dining options and excellent transport connections nearby. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some mornings lacking in options, while other times, the buffet was replenished promptly. Overall, a decent stay considering what I paid.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were individually decorated and had very comfy beds, but the one I got was tiny, old, and had dirty covers. The service was extremely polite and helpful, especially from Afzal, but the lack of hot water was an issue. The location was great, close to the Metro station and markets, but could use some improvements. The dining experience was satisfactory but could offer more variety. Overall, a decent stay with room for enhancement.
I found the hotel to be a charming place with some great aspects but also a few downsides. The rooms were cozy, with lovely linens, but a bit too warm even with the radiators off. Accessing the 4th attic room via a steep staircase added a touch of adventure. The hotel had some fancy touches, which I appreciated.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were small but cozy, beautifully done up, and felt like my own little home. The service was exceptional, with friendly and talkative staff who made me feel so welcome. The location was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions and surrounded by authentic French charm. The dining experience was delightful, offering a nice selection of breakfast items. Overall, a great value for money with a few minor hiccups.
